The role of the information technology staff is to ensure the stable operations and usage of MHP technologies, including software applications, hardware and network infrastructure.
Perform management and administration of communications and connection solutions, including local and wide area networks, company website, intranet, Office 365 and/or Cloud Applications and Internet applications.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of servers and server storage.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all telecommunications equipment.
Perform network management, including maintenance of network component inventory and related documentation and technical specifications information.
Perform network and security audits.
Perform system level backups as well as maintaining and testing the backup library.
Recommend, schedule, and perform software improvements, upgrades, and/or purchases.
Provide on-call technical support as determined by the department director.
Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
A. degree in the field of computer science and/or equivalent work experience as determined by the department director.
3 years related experience preferred.
Knowledge of VMware, Nutanix AHV, Fortinet, Barracuda, Azure AD, and Office 365 highly preferred.
Knowledge of various computer hardware and software configurations and us of software programs in the development and presentation of information.
Knowledge of program analysis, planning, implementation and evaluation principles and techniques.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask are required.
Required to show proof of having completed Mandatory Reporter course at time of hire or attend within 6 months of start date.
